What is knowledge management?
A company’s greatest asset is its people; the knowledge and expertise of its talent.
To be a leader in a competitive market, it is essential that a company values and nurtures its knowledge, amid the cycles of economic booms and downturns.
Enablers to successfully sharing knowledge across the organisation include using tools and technologies efficiently, and developing techniques to collaborate and share tacit knowledge through face to face meetings and communities of practice (COPs). And, in alignment with the company’s strategic business goals.
